We will try to take into account any periods that the applicant is unavailable, but this can't be guaranteed. You will hear from us by 31st August and if your application is successful, the exhibition coordinator will be in contact to confirm final dates

Supporting Material

In order for your application to be considered, the following documents MUST be attached to this application.

1. Exhibition rationale (reasoning/motivation) & description of proposed exhibition and key themes/concepts (300 words maximum).

Accepted file types: doc, docx, pdf, txt, rtf, Max. file size: 1 MB.

2. If you have previously exhibited at Ellis House Art Centre, excluding members’ exhibitions, please explain how this exhibition demonstrates your subsequent artistic growth, development and difference from the previous exhibition.

3. Brief art history or resume of exhibiting artists / organisation, or any other information that you feel our selection committee needs to consider.

4. At least six high resolution JPEG format digital images of recent works accompanied with image details (artist name, title, date, medium & dimensions). Do not send original artwork with application. Max file size 1MB each.
