Artist Statement

Margaret has enjoyed painting in watercolours since she was a young girl, receiving art lessons at school in Hong Kong. Later in life, she attended art classes at Claremont Tech for ten years which provided her with a chance to explore other mediums. Margaret has always come back to watercolour and continues her passion for this discipline through classes at Ellis House. Margaret is an active member of the West Australian Society of Arts and her works, which are often painted in the open air, have been displayed at many exhibitions in Perth over the years.
